Our refund policy lasts 24 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip, we cannot offer you a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your cancellation request, we will send you an email to notify you.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
