Puerto Experience Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Puerto Experience, your travel and transportation agency in Puerto Vallarta. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Puerto Experience specializes in transporting tourists from Puerto Vallarta Airport to various lodging destinations, including, but not limited to:

  • Marina Vallarta
  • Centro de Vallarta
  • Romantic Zone
  • Sur de Vallarta
  • Barceló Hotel
  • Nuevo Vallarta
  • Bucerías
  • Cruz de Huanacaxtle
  • Riviera Nayarit
  • Punta Mita
  • Sayulita

3. Types of Vehicles

We offer transportation in different types of vehicles:

  • Sedán: capacity for 3 people
  • Suburban: capacity for 5 people
  • Splinter: capacity for 12 people

Each vehicle has a reasonable luggage limit. Customers are welcome to bring additional luggage, provided they notify us at the time of booking.

4. Reservations

  • Reservations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
  • To ensure availability of vehicles and services, it is recommended to make reservations as early as possible.

5. Cancellations

  • Reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours before from the scheduled time of transport.
  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

6. Responsibility

Puerto Experience is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, traffic, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during transportation.

7. Arrivals at the Airport

Puerto Experience understands that flights are subject to changes in arrival times. In case of flight delay, the client You are required to notify Puerto Experience as soon as possible, using any contact method provided on the website. This will allow us to adjust logistics and ensure transportation availability. Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of the contracted service, with no right to a refund.

8. Punctuality in Pick-ups for Round Trips


In contracted services such as round trip, where Puerto Experience must pick up the client at a hotel, accommodation or previously agreed point, Punctuality is the customer's responsibility. A will be awarded maximum tolerance of 15 minutes from the scheduled collection time. After this period:

  • The driver will leave the scene.

  • The right to return service will be lost.

  • There will be no refund of the amount paid.

  • Puerto Experience will not be responsible for missed flights, connections or other setbacks derived from the customer's delay.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation with Puerto Experience, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
