Introduction<\/h2><p>Welcome to Puerto Experience, your travel and transportation agency in Puerto Vallarta. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use our services.<\/p><h2>2. Services Offered<\/h2><p>Puerto Experience specializes in transporting tourists from Puerto Vallarta Airport to various lodging destinations, including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Marina Vallarta<\/li><li>Centro de Vallarta<\/li><li>Romantic Zone<\/li><li>Sur de Vallarta<\/li><li>Barcel\u00f3 Hotel<\/li><li>Nuevo Vallarta<\/li><li>Bucer\u00edas<\/li><li>Cruz de Huanacaxtle<\/li><li>Riviera Nayarit<\/li><li>Punta Mita<\/li><li>Sayulita<\/li><\/ul><h2>3. Types of Vehicles<\/h2><p>We offer transportation in different types of vehicles:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Sed\u00e1n:<\/strong>\u00a0capacity for 3 people<\/li><li><strong>Suburban:<\/strong>\u00a0capacity for 5 people<\/li><li><strong>Splinter:<\/strong>\u00a0capacity for 12 people<\/li><\/ul><p>Each vehicle has a reasonable luggage limit. Customers are welcome to bring additional luggage, provided they notify us at the time of booking.<\/p><h2>4. Reservations<\/h2><ul><li>Reservations must be made with a minimum of\u00a0<strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/li><li>To ensure availability of vehicles and services, it is recommended to make reservations as early as possible.<\/li><\/ul><h2>5. Cancellations<\/h2><ul><li>Reservation cancellations must be made\u00a0<strong>24 hours before<\/strong>\u00a0from the scheduled time of transport.<\/li><li>If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the service cost will be charged.<\/li><\/ul><h2>6. In case of <strong>flight delay<\/strong>, the client <strong>You are required to notify Puerto Experience<\/strong> as soon as possible, using any contact method provided on the website.
